Pre Screening Stage:

• Review the applicants resumes or applications most suitable for you position.
• Verification of references.

Selection Stage:

• The selection stage involves senior recruiting staff traveling to meet the applicants
• Conduct a presentation about the opportunities and an explanation of completing the required documents.
• Administration of required trade or skill tests.
• Based on test results applicable, senior recruiters select most qualified candidates.
• We will give the chosen applicants a confirmation letter, signed and stamped about their job offer.

Preparation Stage:

• Schedule appointment for qualified candidates at the U.S. Consulate.
• Chosen applicants will travel to one of our facilities where our professional staff will assist them to complete and prepare the necessary documentation required at the U.S. Consulate.
• We will visit the U.S. Consulate on the day of the appointments and submit documents.
• Once the visas are issued, we will coordinate the transportation logistics.

Departure Stage:

• Transportation arrangements will be made to transport the personnel to its final destination.
• One of our representatives will deliver to your work site the personnel.
